Remember the name! Danny Welbeck! Danny Welbeck is a highly promising forward who was handed a first-team squad number for the 2008/09 season after starring for the Academy and Reserves. And what a fitting way to celebrate Sir Alex Ferguson 50years of football by thrashing Stoke City 5-0. And to add to that bonus, 17 year old Danny Welbeck scored on his Premiere League debut. It brings back memories of Sir Alex when he was a 16 year old lad, playing his first game for Queens Park Rangers, an amateur team in Scotland at that time. His manager at that time was furious at the way Sir Alex perform in the first half. The reason he played badly? His opponent bite him. Hahaha. I am expecting big stuff from Danny but I just hope he doesn't leave Man Utd like Rossi when he isn't playing much games. He will be the future Andy Cole. And those who didn't know, Andy Cole decided to retire 3 days ago. Come and be a striker coach at Man Utd. Train Danny to be as good as you. Glory Glory Man Utd!
